I nibble on my kibble...Norman gulps it down. Maybe Norman should use a Buster Cube so that it would slow him down. -- Betsy, The Farm Dog

Treat & Kibble Dog Food Dispenser Puzzle
Betsy has had a Buster Cube since she was a puppy! Many people think of the Buster Cube as the original dog treat dispenser. For many dog shelters, rescue groups, and kennels it is the only dog toy that they allow because it is tough, durable, entertaining, and easy to clean. This is a challenging treat dispenser dog food puzzle, it is rated Learning Level Genius. The treats go through an inner maze before they come out of the cube. Some Veterinarians recommend that you feed your dog's meals from a Buster Cube because it gets your dog up and moving! Your dog's entire kibble meal can fit in this cube, and you can adjust how fast the dog kibble or treats come out. This is a great way to get your dog to nibble their kibble instead of gulping it down. Buster Food Cubes are made of high impact plastic and come in two sizes -- this small one is about 3.25 inches across and high. They come in light orange and light blue, so Norman will pick the perfect color for your dog.
In the past there was a problem in cleaning the Buster Cube because the center core did not come out, before that the core was hard to get out. Not the core comes out...it is challenging to get out, but we think if you watch the video you will know the secret to getting it out. By the way, we use plier handles, to get the core out, in the video; however, I got the large cube's core out with opened scissors.
There are lots of Buster Cube videos on YouTube -- this one, staring Ginger, is our favorite!
Great Food Dispenser, 6.10.2010 Reviewer: Jo Anne Parco (Lambertville, MI)
My cockapoo, Charlie, loves to eat his meals from the Buster Cube. I feed him twice a day with this "toy." In the morning I split his food between "buster" and his bowl (because I mix a supplement with some wet food). Although I put them both down at the same time, he always heads for Buster first. This works best on a carpeted floor.
