FINALLY, we found quality cotton ropes dog toys. I am very fussy about ropes, they have to be tightly twisted and use fine cotton threads through out. This company does all of that AND they are made in the USA! This extra large 5-knot rope is really EXTRA large! It is about 40 inches long and the knots are about 4-inches across. This thick rope is 1.5 inches in diameter -- that is what we call a rope bone! Betsy and Norman love to use these big ropes for two-dog-tug-testing. They keep telling me every day that they need to do just a little more testing with these ropes because they are just so fun. A Cotton rope chew not only cleans your dog's teeth, they exercise their gums. This rope is non-toxic and machine washable.
