Tail Waggin' Customer Service
We pride ourselves on our customer service. Our mom believes that the customer is the key to the success of our business, and will work with you to solve any problem. GUARANTEE - All of the items we sell are new; however, we do not manufacture them. Therefore we can not personally guarantee how they will stand up to your dog's chewing style. However, several of our manufactures do have guarantees and we will give you the information on how to receive a replacement or refund, if they offer one. If you receive a defective product, please contact us -- do not return it without an RMA (see the Return Policy below.)
QUALITY PRODUCT - All items in our store are approved by us - BETSY and NORMAN; however, you will get a fresh new toy or item. (We promise not to slobber on yours.) We do not make these items we only approve them. PLEASE watch your dog with their new toys to make sure they are safe for them! It is not safe for your dog to consume any part of a dog toy.
RETURN POLICY - All products (except dog Halloween costumes) are returnable as long as they are in NEW, re-sellable condition and returned within 30 days. We will even pay the shipping both ways if we did not describe the item correctly. (If not, you will pay the shipping costs). Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Then just write the number on the outside of the box. If your return does not have a number, it will take longer to receive the credit or the box may be refused.

Please note...if your order qualified for free freight and you return an item or items...your balance must still qualify for free freight or you will be billed for the original freight amount. In other words...your order total must still qualify for free freight, after your return, or you will be charged the original freight amount.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN IT COMES - Make sure you got what you ordered! Our mom & dad are old and are far from perfect. If there are any problems then mom did them. So email mom right away and she will fix it faster than you can say "Betsy leave that toy alone!" or "Norman be nice to your sister!"
PAYMENT TYPES - We accept checks (payable to BestFriends General Store), money orders, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, & American Express. If you pay by check, we reserve the right to hold an order until your personal check clears.
SHIPPING - We want you to get your order really fast. Dad normally ships orders within 48 hours (usually 24 hours) after we receive your payment. Please note that we only ship Monday through Friday, on the weekend we help dad with projects by keeping track of his work gloves. Please see our shipping policy for details.
SALES TAX - If your package ships to an Arizona location your total will include 9.35% state sales tax. Governor Brewer and the town of Chino Valley needs the money.
PHONE ORDERS - You can place a phone order by calling 602 515 7093 Monday through Saturday 9 AM until 5 PM MST (Arizona Time). Just ask for mom.
