FREE SHIPPING - GIFT CARDS & FOOD - These items are available for free shipping within the continental United States only if they are ordered separately from items that have a shipping charge. For example, if you are ordering only gift cards and/or food, you can choose the "Free Shipping" option on the Checkout: Step 2 page. If you are ordering other items in addition, you will not see the "Free Shipping" option (unless the total order is over $95), and you will be charged shipping on Gift Cards and Food. WHEN YOUR PACKAGE WILL SHIP - We want you to get your order really fast -- so mom will usually ship it within 48 hours (usually 24 hours) after we receive your payment (or your check has cleared). Please note that we only ship Monday through Friday.
HOW WE SHIP - We ship most packages under 1 pound via US Mail 1st Class Mail and over 1 pound via UPS. We ship most international packages via UPS (see International Shipping for more information).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Some countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not cover these costs. We also do not cover brokerage fees that might be charged by UPS. PLEASE do not ask mom to falsify any information on the customs form, we need our mom and do not want her in jail. If a mistake is made on an international order, it will be remedied with a refund. Re-shipments will be at the buyer's expense. Insurance is not included in our shipping and handling charges, please contact us for additional charges if you would like us to insure your package. Please make sure that the items you are purchasing are allowed to be shipped into your country (especially food items). We are not responsible for packages that Customs seizes. Unfortunately, we cannot track your package once we take it to the post office; therefore, the package is your responsibility once we take it to the post office.
SHIPPING INSURANCE - Insurance is included on all shipments to the United States and its territories, and packages shipped by UPS.
