Mom STILL does not know who is giving me a BIG Milk Bone every morning!
This morning mom set her alarm clock for 5:30 AM. When it went off, she turned it off but did not get up. When dad got up, Norman and I snuck out with him. (Oh dear…you probably need to know that we all sleep in the cottage on our property…because we are working on the house, and it has our dog toy inventory in it.) Mom still did not wake up.
Mom flew out the door about 6:45 AM and there was Norman, and I with our BIG Milk Bones. Yep…now, Norman knows the secret too. Nevertheless, mom still does not know who the Dog Bone Fairy is.
Dad is sure that it is our neighbor Fred. Mom does not think it is Fred because there is a high privacy fence between our house and Fred’s house. Dad said that Fred is so tall he can see over the fence, and drop us bones. Mom is just sure it is not Fred. Dad said he would ask him tonight while they admire dad’s garden.
Now mom is thinking that it might be Louise. She lives down the street, and we met her right after we moved here. She is really nice and we love her. She is a pet sitter. We have not seen her for months, and we wondered what happened to her. Mom saw her at the grocery store the other day but did not get to talk to her because there was a bunch of people talking to her.
Now, dad is sure it is neighbor Fred, and mom is sure it is pet sitter Louise. This is sooo much fun. I hope my secret Dog Bone Fairy, Norman, and I can keep this a secret for a long time.
