FREE SHIPPING - Orders over $95 to the continental United States. Sorry, there are no other free shipping offers at this time.
WHERE YOUR PACKAGE SHIPS FROM We ship from Chino Valley Arizona, which is in central Arizona.
WHEN YOUR PACKAGE WILL SHIP - We want you to get your order really fast -- so dad will usually ship it within 48 hours (usually 24 hours) after we receive your payment (or your check has cleared). Please note that we only ship Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, we need our mom and dad to pay attention to us all day long.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING - We carefully package your order and ship it via the carrier that you choose. Our low handling fee ($2 per order) includes insurance!
UPS tracking is more detailed than a USPS confirmation.
- USPS First Class Mail -- your package should arrive within 12 days.
- USPS Priority Mail -- your package should arrive within 4 days.
- UPS Ground -- your package should arrive within 6 days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Some countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not cover these costs. We also do not cover brokerage fees that might be charged by UPS. PLEASE do not ask mom to falsify any information on the customs form, we need our mom and do not want her in jail. If we make a mistake on an international order, we will correct our mistake with a refund. Re-shipments will be at the buyer's expense. Insurance is not included in our shipping and handling charges, please contact us for additional charges if you would like us to insure your package. Please make sure that the items you are purchasing can be shipped into your country (especially food items). We are not responsible for packages that Customs seizes. Unfortunately, we cannot track your package once we take it to the post office; therefore, the package is your responsibility once we take it to the post office. We do charge a $5 USD handling fee per international package.
- USPS International First-Class Mail -- time varies as to when your package will arrive in your country. Then it will clear Customs -- we do not know how long that will take. Unfortunately, when you select this class of mail tracking is not available.
- USPS International Priority Mail -- will take 6 to 10 days to arrive in your country. Then it will clear Customs -- we do not know how long that will take. This class of mail has tracking available.
- USPS International Express Mail -- will take 5 days to arrive in your country. Then it will clear Customs -- we do not know how long that will take. This class of mail has tracking available.
SHIPPING INSURANCE - Insurance is included on all shipments to the United States and its territories, and packages shipped by UPS.
